Terms and Conditions


Your reservation is guaranteed until on the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned. We will charge your credit card upon booking of your reservation. The hotel has the right to cancel your reservation. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after cancelling your reservation.  Quiet hours are 10:00PM to 7:00AM.

Standard Booking Price
The standard booking price includes the following: -All taxes-Utilities (water, gas and electricity) -Internet and TV usage -Towels, bed linen and hairdryer -Cleaning before and after your stay (daily cleaning is available upon request) - All apartment amenities and facilities as mentioned on our website pages and in our correspondence.

Check-in at 3:00 PM 
You can check-in any time from 3PM by local time. Building and room door code will be texted to you on the day of your arrival. 

Parking is off street.  During winter months parking restrictions may apply.  Hotel staff will notify guest should there be any restrictions.

Check-out at 11:00 AM
You can check-out any time up until 11AM by local time. Later check-out times may be requested although we may not always be able to accommodate late changes and will depend on availability and on how busy we are.

Extending Your Stay
After you have booked your stay with us, you can extend your stay(depending on availability) by simply letting us know before you arrive. If you are already staying with us and you would like to stay longer, please let us know at least 24 hours before your check- out date. We will do our best to accommodate your new plans and this can include relocating you to a similar apartment should this be necessary. 

Cancellation Policy

 You will be asked to agree to our Hotel Terms & Conditions before booking a room. We ask that you read the Cancellation Policies below carefully. Any cancellation received within 48 hours of booking will receive a full refund. Any reservations cancelled 14 days prior to check in will receive a 50% refund of total booking amount or a 100% credit to be used within one year. Cancellations made 7 days (or less), prior to your scheduled arrival, forfeit all deposits and the full amount of your entire stay will be charged to your credit card. Emails are not a form of cancellation and are not accepted.


We reserve the right to hold your credit card information up to 48 hours after your departure allowing us time to inspect the room you occupied for any damages.


  • HOLIDAY/EVENTS CANCELLATION FEES:  100% PAYMENT FOR ALL RESERVED NIGHTS ARE DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING FOR MAJOR HOLIDAYS AND EVENTS. HOLIDAY PERIODS ARE CHRISTMAS EVE THROUGH NEW YEAR’S EVE, MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND, THE WEEK OF THE 4TH OF JULY, THANKSGIVING WEEKEND (THURSDAY, FRIDAY, AND SATURDAY). NOTE: If you cancel reservations made for any of the holidays or special events listed, you will forfeit all refunds.

    NO SHOW:  NO REFUND. You will be charged for all nights booked.

    WEATHER: Inclement weather is not a reason to cancel your reservation. However, if both routes into Silverton are closed, you will receive a refund.
     

    NON-SMOKING Policy
    The entire hotel is NO SMOKING.  This include outdoor areas and patios.  There will be a $250 deep clean fee for any parties smoking on hotel grounds. 


    Damages
    During your stay, the hotel and all equipment and furniture should be treated with care and kept in order. Immediate notification to staff will be expected of any damages or breakages in the hotel. You (The Tenant) are financially responsible for any damage to the hotel. This includes losses caused by you (The Tenant) or a third party negligent actions and behavior.

    Please remember
    Entire apartments ARE fully NON-smoking!

    Children
    Children are allowed please ask for children’s cots/cribs if needed.
